of most beautiful and prestigious south areas of the city, located at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain. The process of design and construction meets all
modern normative and technological requirements.
In our capacity of Investment company, being one of major leaders at the market for
construction of luxury residential facilities, we rely on common professional cooperation between
precisely selected teams of highly qualified specialists, covering the whole range of the construction process,
starting from investment study through the conceptual design in several
variants in order to find the final solution and development of executive
design of the most feasible and appropriate construction variant.
It is created a daughter firm “FOT SERVICES” LTD which aim is to manage
and maintain the residences.
